FAQ
Should we both get ready at the venue?
Yes, if the ceremony is on site. The Hotel can block standard banquet rooms for this or you can utilize many of the options that the Hotel has to offer.
What time should we begin our ceremony?
This is 100% up to you as there are no set ceremony times.
A popular option is 4:00pm to align with dinner time.
Where do you recommend taking our family photos?
The Hotel has so many options, it really depends on the weather the day of your wedding. We will discuss this at your details appointment. My first choice will always be to take your family portraits in the same vicinity as and immediately following your ceremony. If the weather or lighting is not playing nice, I will give you options.
Do they allow sparkler exits? Should we do one?
While sparklers are not permitted at the Hotel, I highly suggest having fresh flower petals for guests to throw during your recessional for a special touch. Another fun option for photos is to do a nighttime champagne pop!
Can we bring our dog?
With approval, you may bring your dog (outdoor areas only). I always suggest having a plan and a person in charge of them so they can be included in your photos and then be taken home.
